Quiet complex/easy interstate access

So far (4months) it has been somewhat pleasant as far as apartment living is concerned. Staff was nice. This one one of the very few apts that allowed you to hook up your own washer and dryer. Insulation is poor. Cold in the winter and warm in the summer. Water pressure is much too high for the pipes. When the upstairs neighbor would turn on the shower it would wake up the kids. Reminds me of aircraft engine runs. Seems as if they have a good applicant screening process. Parking is awful because they wasted it on the what they call wetlands (nasty swamp). ooops I forgot in Oregon Humans are last on the totem pole. Price is steep. 3 beds for 895.00.
