This is probably the best apartment complex in Oregon City. The staff is very nice and maintenance issues are addressed immediately. The exterior is really kept up nicely. It is pretty quiet as far as apartment complexes go, though, sometimes you get local college students that raise the level a bit. Water pipes make a good deal of noise too. Still, I love living here.
