I have lived at Pioneer Ridge apartments since 2002 and have noticed many changes since I moved in. These changes are not for the better. This place was the nicest place in Oregon City when I moved in and now it has become a dirty and it really seems like they have let their standards down for who they do and do not accept. Many of the changes have come since Quantum took over from Summit as property managers. I am currently paying more on my lease than I see advertised on a few apartment finder websites. I will also like to warn prospective renters about the faulty plumbing as we have lost use of our water 7 or 8 times in the course of our stay. I am happy to be moving soon.

I completely agree with unhappyatpioneer. I too have lived at Pioneer Ridge since 2002 and have become extremely unhappy ever since Quantum took over. The management is unfriendly and not quick to respond to concerns, if they respond at all. We had problems with visitors parking in our spot for over 6 months until they finally did something about it. Now, our deck is in such horrible shape that we're afraid to go out on it. The managers have been aware of it since last summer, but still nothing has been done. I can't wait to get out of there.

My exact sentiments I could only say it just the same. As far as the water statement from above. I dont believe they were refering to the water, but rather the plumming if you read it correctly...
