I have lived at Pioneer Ridge for a couple of years now and I have never had problems with the management or parking. I read the other reviews and I do agree there has been changes since the new managment came on but I wouldn't say it's for the worst. My neighbor just moved in and they told them up front about the parking and how to prevent your car from getting towed, it's simple don't park in a handy capped spot and don't park in someone elses spot that is covered and you wont get towed. It's pretty simple. I'm sure there has been some people who feel like they got towed unfairly, but that happens in every apartment complex that wants to keep there residence happy. There is nothing worst then coming home and having someone parked in your spot! The managment has always been willing to help and are always very kind. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Wait til you need some cooperation or accountability from the management. You will wish you could recant your wonderful statement. As for your recognition on the parking situation...kudos to you. Yes you can learn the system, but beware as the lines are hard to see in the wee hours of the morning. Just make sure you dont cross the line....towing fees are expensive and an extreme inconvenience at the least. Good Luck...

Parking is RIDICULOUS!!! I have the room with the walk-in closet so my roomate gets the "one" parking spot for our apartment. There is NEVER enough parking for those who do not have a spot! If you dont want to be towed or be givin parking tickets for parking on the street in the bike lane "which many have to do because parking fills up in the complex" figure on having to walk several blocks back to your place or you can park at Haggens and just walk half a mile! I would not EVER recommend Pioneer Ridge Apartments to ANYONE!!!
