I have lived in Pioneer Ridge here now for too long to be honest, but I am compelled to warn future residents that this management team is really a shambles! The drive through here has been diminished to a gravel dusty pit. We have roaming tow companys that come through here and tow you if your even the least bit out of a parking zone. This is allowed by the management too. kind of nice to have the constant worry that you may get towed in the wee hours of the morning after you have payed your rent of almost a thousand bucks. And the constant barrage of the grounds crew blowing the debris all over your vehicle constantly. Whats the point in taking care (washing)of your 30 thousand dollar investment. I miss the days when the management actually cared about their investment here.

Pioneer Ridges management lacks in many areas. Residents are not treated with respect. They are rude when you call if you ask for a request. The water has white particles in it and my washer hot water intake was plugged. My phone calls are not returned. I requested a copy of the water bill to see if they are fairly charging tenants and have been ignored. My car was towed from the property and the management ignored my phone calls until I went down to the office. Their answer for everything is they will check with corporate. The management signed a contract with the towing company and they sweep the property. One neighbor got a ride from a friend and parked in the carwash area and helped her carry up the grocerys since there were no parking spots available. They came back and the car had been towed off. Summit propery is missed and most long term tenants have vacated Pioneer Ridge.
