they started to charge for sewer and water after living there 10 plus years, is it not enough to pay almost $800 already' I have had several issues that required maintenance and I am still waiting to get them fixed, they new management/ownership no longer cares about the tenants, it's too bad, cause there are lots of other places out there for rent just as nice as here if not better and cheaper....
