We used to live at another apartments down the road and we had to move due to landslides....we have now been here for awhile now and my husband and I really enjoy it. I love my apartment it faces the pond and my children love to feed the ducks! I do agree parking is getting tight here but i know they have got rid of some of the abandoned cars which does help. I do think this place is the BEST place in oregon city...look around everywhere else its trashy. The maintenance guys are very nice and fix things righ the first time and the office girls are always very friendly when i come in. GREAT PLACE!! They could use to have the parking lot fixed
