Pioneer ridge was a great apartments when we firsted moved in but then when they got there new managment it went downhill. The swimming pool was well managed and watched but then the new people like never watched it and anybody could go in there and it became to be to much. The parking is o.k but it could be better and the grounds where beautiful but the road was horibble. The maintance was great and the coolest people ever they always where on time and did a great job at fixing ur problem. The best part about living there was that the lanscaping was graet a company came out every thursday. But overall I would nor recommend it to other people

Pioneer Ridge's management is poor. They dismiss the tenants and do not respond to phone calls. You have to go down to the office.
