Moved in last November. Got a unit in the back so I have a great views from both my windows and not a lot of noise. Have never had a problem with parking but I have only one car.
Management staff has always been nice to me and it is always the same faces in the office.
The pool area is kept clean and open. It is nice to use.
Has a area to wash your car and they supply the hose.
Live next to water, so of course you will see ducks and the other water animals.
Manage to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Close to Haggens which is open EVERY day of the year.....even Thanksgiving!!
As long as the rent stays reasonable, I will be here for a while. :)
