I am a returning resident. My first experience with Pioneer Ridge was great, the apartment was nicely taken care of and the management was responsive and pleasant.
I cannot say that today. the management staff is non responsive and act like you are bothering them when you call with a concern or problem. We have left them messages several times and never once received a return call as requested.
The apartments are crap! Unless we have the worst in the complex, our apartment is terrible in the condition. We are regretting signing a lease term because we dislike it so much we want to move out today. They are asking way to much in rent for what you get. Parking is also very inadequate if you are a family and own two cars.
