I have lived here at pioneer ridge for about a year now, and nothing but trouble has happened. my car gets egged on average 3 time a week, and managment does NOTHING about it. they just act like you are bothering them when you bring up a concern. i dont recomend!!!!! they are too expensive for what you get.

Pfft!! Really? Well then go live in Cinnamon Square. Or maybe Hilltop apts. I am sure those would be more suited to your needs. There is nothing wrong with these Apts. or the people that run them. What's wrong here are the people who can't seem to figure out how to use a trash compactor or the people who think that everything that happens to them is management responsibilty. Who would you cry to if you lived in a house and your car got egged? I have lived here well over a year and have had no problems whatsoever. Anyway, Bon voyage! I hope you find a new place soon!

Well i highly disagree with you. we pay a lot of money to live here, and that cost is supposed to include security. obviously it isnt working. and it is the managments fault because they are letting their own residents get away with vandalism. my car is now ruined because of 3 specific residents. so i hope they have a good lawyer in court.
