The BEST APARTMENT IN OREGON CITY! The thing that sets Pioneer Ridge apart is the staff; both office and maintenance. I could not imagine a more helpful, cheerful, and helpful staff anywhere. When ever I have a concern with anything, it is met with a smile and quick service, often same day or within the hour! Laundry in the unit is great; they will even rent you machines if you don't have your own. There is also an on site laundry facility as well as a small gym! Comcast digital cable is included with all units. Parking is not as bad as people make it seem, each unit comes with one assigned, covered carport. Some other apartments charge for such a luxury. The grounds are well kept and include a pool and hot tub. After the winter storm of '08 all broken branches and compromised trees were cleaned within days. I would recommend Pioneer Ridge to anyone looking for the best apartment in Oregon City.
