I lived at the apartment for 3.5 months before having to move. I was there less then a month when i noticed water collecting on my kitchen floor, upon inspection, i found the whole wall was water loged. The paint and dry wall was cracked and MUSHROOMS were growing! MUSHROOMS!! i notified the property management, and two and a half months later they finally cane and said they fixed it, nothing was further from the truth, the wall was so wet that i was able to push my finger right through the wall, im taking very little pressure, The wall was soaking wet. When a sheet rocik man came to fix they pulled the wall apart to find BLACK MOLD, SLUGS, WORMS AND CENTPEDS living in the wall. The supports were rotting, the city came in and said it was not safe, the leak was there for at least ten years to cause this much damage. I have been sick from all the mold and mildew that was in my apartment. On top of all that the place has ants, Red and Black ones that bite! The Aprtments solution, i was to buy posion and traps! Me the renter! And they would take off my rent. I have never lived in a place where the renter was responsible for fixing the aprt. Three months of complaining they finally came to spray. On top of that the sinks both leak, the bathroom has no screen, the heaters broke, just one thing after another. The grounds are horrible, no landscaping the trash area is to put in simply Gross, racoons roam the yards at night. The surronding homes are run down and dirty with trash and broken cars though out the yards. The laundry room is a dank mold filled room with two 1950's vintage washer and dryers, neither work very well. Overall the place is a dump. Stay clear!!

i should have read the reviews before i moved in because i feel the same way only i dont have the mold problem. but my nextdoor neighbors did on the wall that divided us.
