If people complain about sound, I've never heard it. The neighborhood is really nice and safe. On the other hand I suppose everyone who lives across the street is on drugs, but then again that may be because it's a retirement home. But seriously, you can smell through the walls sometimes, and parking spaces are limited, but the management is freindly and street parking is abundant. The place came under new ownership somewhat over a year ago, and things might have changed sicne before then.
