The location is great and the apartments look nice but the management is horrible and so is the maintenance. When we did our initial walk through on move in day our apartment was not clean, there was butter spray on our fridge! Yet they left us a nice hot pad to make up for it. Our sliding glass door was sticky and it took three months of pestering to even have it fixed! When my closet shelf broke recently I was told it wasn't considered an emergency though it is a daily inconvenience and the managers don't return phone calls for days and don't answer their pager. You can expect long delays in even having damages looked at much less fixed and you can hear everything in other apartments. When we called the manager because someone was parked in our one spot they said they didn't want to call the tow company and asked us who the car belonged to! We don't have the list of resident vehicles. They have a good front but I would never sign a lease here. The money you pay isn't worth the disrespect and lack of attention from the managers which is the whole reason people live in apartments, so they don't have to fix things. Every problem was apartment craftmanship issues, it wasn't even from wear and tear and I've only lived there four months.
