The management is the worst part of this complex. They are terrible to deal with. This is a low-income "family friendly" complex. Although there is nothing friendly about it. There are other tenants here who clearly don't like children. It is not a safe place to have your children. There are known drug users here, and nothing is ever done about it. We have had things stolen and vandalized since moving here. I do not recommend moving here.

Rumors are terrible here in Pendleton about Indian Hills. Do not rent unless you are a drug user and can deal with those issues. Car prowls, things stolen from outside. Unclean roach infested apartments, not cleaned from tentant to tentant. VERY unsafe. Also dicriminates renting to certian tentants, which is agaisnt section 8 Oregon law.
