I moved in one month ago and an enjoying the location, city, and my views.
I love my apartment it doesn't feel like an apartment I feel like I'm living in a condo.
I have a great 2 bedroom 2 bath on the 5th floor facing the city which is amazing.
The management is nice and the my apartment is brand new! If you want to live in the Pearl you have to check out 10th @ Hoyt.
My neighbors are cool too and I love the roof top spa and barbeque.
Sometimes I can hear street noise when I'm out on my balcony late at night but hey that is what urban living is all about!!!
