The units are beautiful and were built with quality in mind. The location is one of the best features and the building is well maintained. Management is helpful, the cleaning crew cleans the building maticulously each day, the courtyard is beautiful, and maintenance responds quickly to every request. I lived at 10th @ Hoyt for a year and never heard my neighbors. Having the business center, workout room, and rooftop entertaining deck complete with a hot tub, fireplace, BBQ, kitchen, and bathroom were valued amenities but not highly utilized by the residents. I hated leaving but my rent increased from $1,110 per month for a one-bedroom (with den)/1-bathroom and an underground parking space to $1,475 when my lease expired. The only bad qualities were the rent prices and slow elevators. Otherwise, it was a fantastic place to live and I would highly rate the building.
