Although the apartment is a little expensive, I have enjoyed the location and the space. The staff are friendly, and maintainance efficient. I love the floors and countertops. The hallway in the corner apartments seems like a waste of space. I think the others are set up a little better, and the mail trucks that pass by the east side of the building go all night.
I feel secure in the actual building, but there have been some break-ins in the basement. We have had 2 bikes stolen from there. We probably should have just broght them upstairs. I would think a security camera would help.
The views are lovely, and we can walk to so many places. It's also very nice if you think you will be using the streetcar a lot. The summer farmer's market sets up at the ecotrust just behind the building, and there are plenty of places to get good food.
This has been a great apartment overall. We have never had any trouble with the staff.
