All I can say is watch out if you move here. The old manager must be back, because my experience with management here has been awful. Bending the truth and no customer service at all. They just want your money, and believe me, they will do what they can to get it.

As for the apartments, they are really boxy and have no sound proofing at all. I can hear everything the people in the apartments around me are doing, and that does include going to the toilet, nose blowing etc. There is very little insulation from noise coming from outside too, which is a real pain given the huge numbers of trucks driving past this place.

As far as the grounds go, the place gets incredibly messy. There is no clean up on the weekends, so by monday there are often beer bottles, half eaten burgers and ketchup packets smeered everywhere.

I am here until my lease expires, and I will be gone as soon as possible. I am just waiting for them to try to beat me on my deposit which I am sure they will try to do, even though the apartment is much cleaner now than when I moved in.

I would have to disagree with this comment. My apartment was spotless when I moved in and the clean up around here is great. As far as sound goes, I love in the city so some outside noise is to be expected and is not a problem for me. I would recommend this building to anyone.

Dont you think that if you live in the city you might hear the noises that go on....maybe this person should live in the country.

Hearing city noise is one thing, but listening to your neighbor go to the bathroom is gross and an unneccessary part of city life!!
