Too noisy, too expensive, apathetic and sometimes rude management

The building looks nice, but the actual construction is poor. Noise level from the giant post office processing center across the street is unbelievable. There is contant traffice from Semi's at every hour of the day and night and the loud announcements coming from the loading dock go on 24/7. Additionally, although they advertise as having air conditioning, there is only one unit, it's in the living room. No air conditioning in the bedrooms. The fitness center and rooftop garden and "spa" are only open until 10pm, even on weekends. Management is completely messed up with parking - they assigned me three different spots within my first two weeks here because each time they gave me a spot it was already assigned to someone else. Parking is expensive, too - $150 a month! I have friends who have lived here longer than me, and they have reported rent increases more frequently than they are comfortable with. The only reason I haven't already moved is that I know I am relocating to Los Angeles soon, and it isn't worth the hassle or expense to move.
