Nice place, little pricey

We moved here without even visiting place and were not disappointed. The neighborhood is great, the building is kept clean, and staff have been responsive and always polite. The units are in good condition and look nice. The sound proofing is pretty good, we only heard our neighbors rarely. The courtyard is beautiful and the rooftop deck is a nice bonus!

The only downside is that the interior has a bit of an industrial feel and the courtyard is sometimes noisy. The gates bang loudly at night.

You pay a lot per square foot here and parking and storage are extra, but the location makes it worth it.
