Don't Waste Your Hard-Earned Money

I don't recommend 10th & Hoyt. Having lived here for a few months, I can say that they nickel and dime you for everything....$75 for an extra front door key for the cat sitter, $100 if you want to "rent" the roof garden spa for the night. The insulation in the apartment is terrible (you can hear your neighbors), there's no airconditioning in the bedroom. They call it a "luxury" building, but I can't see what luxuries you get that make it worth the price. The management are nice, but they couldn't care less about anything, except when it comes to raising your rent, and charging you for all these extras. Thank god I only signed a 6 month lease.

Find someplace else.
