Imagine living in a place where they offer you a 1 year lease and then tell
you they are raising your rent 20%!! and you should consider yourself lucky!!!
Rent is due by the 4th but if you go down to the office it's closed and if you
work... you're just out of luck.
Every thing they do is to get into your pocket. They want extra for parking,
extra for storage cages, extra for everything. They don't pay for utilities,
don't pay for water or sewer, want application fees when you sign up....want
fees to run credit checks or reference checks.
10th and Hoyt!! you'll love it as long as they can get into to your wallet
early and often.
