i think this place is great. it's not expensive at all. i just moved here from another building in the pearl that wanted $300 more for a one bedroom. so far i love it. there is a hot tub on the roof with a grill anybody can use. everyone i've met on the staff is super nice and helpful and the residents seem chill. i recommend it.
