Good location - Marshall Arms is a good apartment building if you like to be within close walking distance to both the Pearl and NW neighborhoods. Also, having the streetcar just one block away and free parking on the street one block away is great. My unit needed a new appliance and it was replaced very quickly. Also, having the storage unit is great, especially at such a cheap price.
