Nice Place if.. - Overall, a very nice place with enjoyable and large living rooms and very adequate kitchen and dining down with a nice master bedroom (two closets) and a cute, quaint bathroom. Second bedroom is perfect for a child or a roommate on a budget (the difference was pretty significant). I had a unit on Vista Ave, which gave me entire place a great deal of natural light. Interior units do ...Full review of Vista Townhouses

greatest location - These little studios and one-bedrooms are just cool. The building is old and has character but doesn't feel outdated. The location couldn't be better: two blocks to Trader Joe's and surrounded by awesome restaurants, theatre, pubs, parks. It's a great area to bike. I love this neighborhood. Parking sucks, sucks ... but other than that this is affordable and ...Full review of Irving Street Towers

I also enjoyed walking up the hill and looking at the cute Victorian houses (some bordering on mansions) in the ...Full review of Macleay Gardens

Very nice! - I love living here! It's very close to 217 (convenient!), but amazingly well insulated--road noise is very faint. I live on the first floor, and noise from above is hardly noticeable (except when she vacuums at 7am...grrrr...) We get a lot of natural light in our apartment, which is AWESOME in the gloomy months. I love the washer/dryer, but wish it was full ...Full review of Carriage House Apartments
