Gone Bad - This apartment complex was obviously at one time a great group of units. We moved in toward the end of that time - and I think I have written a review before, about a year ago. I drive by the complex every day, and have noted a few changes that I think are interesting. To update you on the subject, it was decided by management that this complex was going to be turned into Condos. The ...Full review of Vermont Village

Good start, bad ending - When we first moved into West Hills Terrace in February of 2008, we had a great experience. The manager was quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had and any maintenence problems we had were dealt with in a timely and friendly manner. Later that year a new management company (Princeton Property Management) took over but they kept the same manager and things still moved smoothly. ...Full review of West Hill Terrace

On the Threashold of Hell - Where to start? I have lived here with my boyfriend for a year. His parents have also lived here for over five years. When his parents first moved in the walls were stained brown in various parts of the apartment. No one ever cleaned them off, the stains are still here. Kitchen cabinets were cheap, doors broke soon after move in. It's been five years and they still haven't ...Full review of Harrison Square Apartments

Do not bother - The previous two reviews are right on target. This used to be a nice place to live, but became a pit of despair after being sold a few years ago. I've been out of that place for 5 years, and it still looks like a barrio. Racism is rampant unless you are Hispanic and the management never cared. Repairs were next to impossible to get completed; children were allowed to play soccer ...Full review of Rosewood Apartments

I found better for cheaper - I lived there for nearly a year and half, and spend the entire time trying to get repairs done on my place. Everytime I would call the landlord it was the same thing "oh they will be there tomorrow" over and over again. When I moved in the price was great but then they decided to update the place and boom my rent went up. I started paying $535 for a 2 bedroom no utilities included ...Full review of Waverly Arms

This place needs Urban Renewal badly - This place is a dive, and full of people that like to play mariachi music at 2am while you try to sleep or have the nightly stereo contest in the parking lot. Police presence at this apartment complex is high, it has the highest crime in the area. The police raided the apartment across the hall from me 3 months after I moved in, they were in the process of setting up a meth lab, ...Full review of Rachel Anne

Awful. Just awful. - I have lived here for just shy of a year and am frantically searching for somewhere new to live now that my lease is up. Not only do you have the nagging feeling that your neighbor is selling drugs, but then there are the mice living under the kitchen cabinets that the manager wont take care of so you have to go over his head and call the property managment group. Then there are the couchs ...Full review of Gateway Terrace
