We spent 2 nice years over there - We are a French family (2 adults / 2 kids) and we landed on Waverly surf in 2009. We spent 2 very nice years over there. The neighborhood is composed with nice people, kids were playing around and we never had any problem. Dave and Tomoko from staff are very cool and you can trust them to make it right. Nice Place To Live - I have lived here for 8 years and yes it's true, some years have been better than others. The past year however, has been awesome. I have noticed the management team getting more involved in the community, which has been great.
