Is good but... - Barbur Heights is a nice apartment complex with a very nice manager, but the windows in the apartment are horrid. I loved this place - I lived in the Belmont Court apartments for the six wonderful years I resided in Portland. I lived here during the halcyon Princeton Management days, when rent was a phenomenally good deal, and I stuck it out through the Star Metro buyout and the substantial rent increase.
