This building is great for me because it is situated on five differnt Tri-Met bus lines. The MAX light rail is just a few blocks downhill. There are two grocery stores within two blocks, plus drycleaners, restaurants, etc. Also, it is just a block from Washington Park and hiking/biking trails!
There is plenty of parking if you want to pay monthly for it, although the city does also sell each tenant an annual ration of really cheap street parking passes. I ride the bus or my bike instead and use the city passes for guests.
