Nice views from upper floors, good location, parking a problem

The building is about 30 years old, and some floors are different than others in subtle ways.
Make sure your floor is not one with a 'low' ceiling (check the elevators when you get out - see if the doorframe touches the ceiling or not - it shouldn't).
Also, make sure the apartments are thoroughly cleaned - including the dishwasher and disposal.
My DW had a gross 'crust' caked all inside the seal area and emitted a sour smell that was impossible to cover up effectively.
The view from the roof terrace is wonderful, though.
Parking is only good if you pay $50-$75 / month for a space.
If not, it can be a major pain.
