OK, the good first...

great views, especially if you are on the north or east side, and high up. also extremely quiet, at least in my apartment. never heard the neighbors.

The bad...

Water has a mind of its own as far as temperature goes. one moment its blazing scalding hot, the next moment it switches to iced cold, and back again for no apparent reason.

Security is a joke. anybody will let anybody walk in, and previous tenants still have access keys that allow them to use facilities such as the weight room, the COIN OP laundry(1 buck for 20 minutes of dry time, rediculous), and the garages have zero security whatsoever. anybody can walk into them.

Management is extremely unprofessional as a rule, although the current assistant manager does a fantastic job. The main manager doesnt know how to use spell check, doesnt act professionally, doesnt hold tenant information in confidence, and is generally rude and condescending.

Interiors of the apartments are terrible. horrible paint, we ruined 2 vaccumes in 2 years on the horrible carpet. The heat is great, but it is on until management decides to change it to a/c. you are stuck with whatever they are dishing out at the time, even if there is a cold or hot spell and the apartment bakes/freezes.

They are a pet friendly apartment community, but they provide no areas for you to take your pets to go potty. you have to walk the streets, or go to the park.

The elevators are often broken down, which leaves usually only one functional elevator to serve 24 floors of tenants.

overall, I would say this place is a joke. NOT RECOMMENDED!
