Easy to move in, very happy with the building

From the moment I called to inquire on vacancies, I was treated very professionally and enthusiastically. They waived the security deposit, application fee and first month's rent, making move-in costs very cheap! I'm very happy with my upper floor apt - the views are spectacular. The apartment itself was freshly painted and clean and everything worked. The building was built in 1963 (same age as me) and appears to be well-maintained. Rent was a little high comparatively, but with that view, it's worth it! (no, I don't work there, just a very happy tenant)
