I lived here for only a year, but I could have seen myself staying for a long time. unfortunate circumstances caused me to have to move, but I enjoyed living here. maintenance always took care of things the first day I put in a request, mgmt. was always nice and helpful (and Katie is just the greatest!) and the location couldn't be better. 23rd is right there, 21st is right there, PGE Park, Goodwill, Fred Meyer. I'll miss it, I suggest you move there if you're thinking about it. only thing, if you want to park on the cheap (assuming you have a car) do it on the street. it's $35 a year and I didn't have much of a problem finding a spot. otherwise it's $65-$95 a month. Also, mold can be a bit of a problem especially around the windows, so if you're sensitive to that, you may want to consider that problem.
