I moved in about two years ago and lived on the 14th floor; then moved recently to the 21st floor (the building has 24 floors plus a rooftop patio). Managers and staff are all fantastic and super responsive. There is a decent laundry room; and they allow pets. We looked around for similar size units on the south waterfront and in the Pearl and those places wanted $3,000 per month for 900-1000 square feet! I think that's great if you want to throw your money down a rat hole but why not live someplace where people are nice, it's very quiet, you're 5 blocks from Washington/Forest Park, and a few blocks from all the fantastic restaurants and shops on 21st/23rd' Plus two blocks to Fred Meyer and Zupans. I highly recommend it.
