An extremely dirty dirty dirty place

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The price is not bad but the living quality is low. The whole complex is so dirty that cigarettes are everywhere on the floor. The maintenance is unbelievably slow and the manager does not clean the complex often. You can survive here if you can tolerate a place full of mosquitos, flies, and dirty things "everywhere".
