They are prompt to respond to maintenance requests and are helpful. There is no air conditioning and heating is through radiators. Residents can sign a form and have the family accept packages for them during the day and set them in their apartment doors.

The apartments rental rates are all-inclusive, which makes budgeting a cinch. They're also month to month, so it's never a worry if life's circumstances change.

The building has a small lot, and parking spaces are an additional $75 a month. The neighborhood has parking, but it can be hard to find as this is one of Portland's most populated areas.
