I have lived in apartments for 10 years and this was by far the worst. We would call the manager and the property management team, princeton property (Jamie is in charge of this building) and he never called us back. My neighbors had pitt bulls (specifically forbidden in lease) and the building was a fire hazard as proved when it caught on fire with me in it and none of my neighbors pulled the alarm. The fire doors were always proped open, the fire department was out there a min of 4 times in my stay, the residents would leave shopping carts and trash in the halls and no one would could get around, the whole building lost heat for 3 days in december and were never compensated although both management and property management were called atleast 30 times by residents.
We had pipes that leaked, but were told we had to wait until there were enough apts that needed a plumber before they could call one.
The location is good, the building was origonally built well and apt are charming with wainscotting and molding, but poorly maintained. There is no parking offered. The rents are cheap, but there are no ammenities.
Safety is a joke here, the front door is proped up more times than not.
In summary, I would for no reason ever move here, and have told everyone I know never to move into this firetrap ever for any reason.

Thanks, You were a big help. We emailed this dump from Phoenix, and the joker of a manager sent back a nasty e mail. Even in low tenent fullfillment state like AZ. This guy would be put out to pasture. |
