old building / great manager

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The building is old, but has a lot of character, ie: antique phones buzz people in, and one of the first elevators ever made. The walls are paper thin (you hear things you didn't want to know) and the layout of the apts. sucks, the only reason we renewed our lease was the manager is awesome and goes out of her way to make living here a plesant experience.
