I was from out of state and rented the apartment sight unseen. I kept requesting photos to be emailed to me and the manager always had some sort of excuse as to why she didn't send the pictures. She assured me it was a lovely apartment with a wonderful balcony overlooking a courtyard. When I arrived I found the building was run down rat hole. I half expected to see junkies shooting up in the hallway. The balcony was a small slab of cement with a metal railing which overlooked the backside and decks of other buildings where tenants hung their laundry to dry. I felt the manager grossly misrepresented the apartment and when I requested my deposit be refunded, I was refused. This is one of the worst apartments I have ever seen.
