Affordable but Management changes ALL the time. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I've lived here over a year now and I think it's changed a lot in the last few years since a lot of these posts. The location is fantastic and the rent is much cheaper than anywhere else I've found in the area. A lot of the apts have porches and some have decent views... most look into a retirement home :(. Most of the tenents are very nice, respectful, and friendly. HOWEVER we have had 3 different on site managers in the last year, all under 25 years old, so the quality of some things goes up and down pretty quickly. Tip: sign a lease! in the last 6 months rent has risen from 550 to 650 a month. Downsides: Thin walls (can hear loud sex at least 3 times a day), poor management, dogs no longer allowed, a little dirty. Upsides: amazing location, cheap rent, friendly tenents.
