This place is a DUMP! Jesus.

The management changes daily, the maitenance never gets done or properly, and the building is on its last leg.

The rent is so cheap for a reason.

Someone please buy this place, fix it up and turn it to condos or, even better, condem the place and put us all out of our misery.

I only lived here a month and got out as fast as I could.

HELP!!!
