I am presently living at Altamont summit Apts. Parking is terrible, not enough spaces. There has not been a trash pick up since Tuesday, December 24, 2002, and today is Wednesday, January 1, 2003, to give you an idea. The trash dumpsters are completely full, and the residents are now living the trash outside the dumpsters. I don't blame them, especially, since the management team here does not give a damn. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors so clearly, you think that they are in your apartment. Poorly constructed, there numerous cracks on the walls, and the cabinsts in the kitchen are separating fffrom the wall. I am just glad that I am moving out this month. Oh, if they do not reimburse my security deposit, I will sue them. Bottomline, I do not recommend anyone to move into this complex.
