Not worth the money

Parking is frustrating unless you pay an extra $75 bucks for a garage which then still may not be anywhere close to your apartment. The construction is poor. You can hear the neighbors on all sides, even things such as the blender, the shower, someone talking on the phone or watching TV, the stereo or even a loud snorer. There are cracks in the walls, the garbage disposal is not functioning, the ceiling vent fell from the ceiling and took weeks before maintenance fixed it. There's no cabinet space in the bathroom and if you live on the East side, during the winter months, it sounds as if the windows are going to break. Nice things are that (being on the top floor) it is very bright and open, the kitchen is huge, the walk in closet is nice, and the air conditioner of course during the summer months. Overall, for an apartment it's better than most. The top floor is nicest because of vaulted ceiling. Nice view.
