I would just like to comment on the review "false advertising." Have you ever lived in an apartment before' If you have, you would know that it is expected that you will hear your neighbors whether they are above you, below you, or beside you. That's apartment living. If you enjoy peace and quiet living, you should choose something more suitable such as a HOUSE!

What you consider "inconsiderate neighbors" pay the same amount of rent as you and have never complained when they hear your screaming babies 24 hours a day, or your piano playing. What about the used kitty litter located in the flower bed outside of your apartment' Take a look at yourself and your inconsiderate living habits before you knock those around you.

The management team, I must say, HAVE done their job as your neighbors HAVE received several noise complaints and were forced to switch apartments. If you ask me, YOU should move to a top floor apartment since you won't be satisfied with anyone living above you!! It's funny that your neighbors never received a complaint from the people that lived there before you moved in. Just to let you know, quiet hours ARE between the hours of 10pm and 8am, therefore the noise complaints regarding the TV up too loud in the afternoon have no merit and cannot be taken seriously. I'm sure the management think you guys are ANAL! Like I said, GET A HOUSE!!

Regarding parking, the management HAS tried to control the parking situation by giving residents parking passes. People who park in handicapped spots ARE getting TICKETED! THerefore, there IS something being done about this.

Your previos neighbors have lived here for 2 years and are quite satisfied. The view is nice, the apartments are spacious and nice, and we have encouraged many happy renters to move in, which makes us better tenants than YOU since you are all about ripping this complex apart. Give me a break. Like I said, move out and get a house! Don't torment other happy neighbors!!!
