Anyone reading this, and considering moving into altamount summit, please make sure you VIDEO TAPE AND/OR TAKE MULTIPLE PHOTOS OF YOUR APARTMENT BEFORE YOU MOVE IN, AND AFTER YOU MOVE OUT. do not listen to THE MANAGERS WHO MAKE A PRACTICE OF TELLING THE TENNANTS THAT A FINAL WALK THROUGH IS NOT NESSESSARY. ALSO, DOCUMENT ALL CONVERSATIONS WITH ANYONE YOU COME IN CONTACT WITH AT THE FRONT OFFICE BECAUSE THEY WILL ALL LIE TO COVER THERE BEHINDS WITH THERE BOSS. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM.
this complex needs some serious help. its been bought and sold 3 times since it was built. that should indicate to anyone the lack of organization. all the positive notes regarding altamount were made by the staff, so you can ignore that.

This is the owner---he hires the management company and should be responsible for the way his staff handles his business. I did a lot of research to get this address, please feel free to use it. :) The way these managers have handled his business is ridiculous and he needs to hear about it one way or another. as for moving in here, i would run away as fast as you can.
