This Place Sucks

I stumbled onto this site and read the reviews of other tenants. I lived at Altamont Summit for only 6 months before I had to contact a lawyer to help me get out of my lease without being charged. I had a drug dealer living 2 floors up who constantly had parties where guests constaltly vomited off the balcony onto my patio. Of course it would sit so long I would end up scrubbing it myself since nobody from the office wanted to do it. Then there was a guy who worked in the office who was friends with my 'self employed' neighbor who told him every time we complained about him and his friends across the way. All of our neighbors were no older that 20 and had no clue to what quiet hours ment. I spent many a night up until 2 or 3 am waiting for the police to come and break up the partys so I could get some sleep. I must have spent a fortune on concealer from living there. And then there were the parking issues and car break ins. I won't even touch those issues, they were so bad. Our lawyer fonud over 200 police incident reports for the property in the 6 month period we were living there- OVER 200!! Over all, the apartments were really nice with great views but unless you are a deaf insomniac who needs drugs and stupid teenagers always close by, RETHINK LIVING HERE. I can't believe they are still in business!!
