Glancing at some of these reviews, one word comes to mind...SPOILED! I know only the upset people write bad things about this place,probably because they're the problem. This really is a good place to live! What other apt's have air conditioning, a real gym that's open 24hrs, a huge kitchen and killer views around in this area that are this cheap' You dont like it here, go down the hill and live on 82nd or Sunnyside where the blue haired 13yr old hookers live, and they steal your car to support their crack habit.Yes the parking sucks, only because the residents have their friends park in our spaces, but they do have garages available for people who care about their car.I did get one of those eviction notices by mistake but the management did apologize because of the computer glitch. I knew I paid so i didnt worry and they figured it out..No big wup! The area is safe, I walk my dog (and pick up his poop) at night and watch the sunset, the rabbits and hawks fly by. The only terrible thing about this place is its residents that can never be satisfied!
