This place is horrible! We were there for only 6 months and we had to leave. The office staff will do anything to get you in, but won't do anything for your complaints. The problems started almost as soon as we moved in. The people below smoked like chimneys and the smoke would come into our apartment through anyway possible. My wife was so sick from it that she passed out and was bed-ridden for the whole time till we left. When we tried to tell the office about the smoke problem but they had the gall to tell us to move to a more expensive apartment on the bottom floor and they would not fix it. So we left. The only staff member that ever was helpful mysteriously vanished after three days of helping us try to solve the problem. Then they tried to make us pay the lease-break fee for their problems. The collection agency knew the case couldn't stick and gave up.
Plus the walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything. Especially the young punks that party there and don't respect the parking. We saw some obviously non-disabled people park in the disable spot every night and never get towed.
The hill is even a fire hazard especially building D as the hill is covered in flammable shrubs.
So don't move here.
