I have yet to move into Altamont Summit, but after reading the numerous comments, both good and bad, mostly bad, I will definetely take extra precaution. Taking before and after photos is a must. Adding clauses to my lease agreement will also make it easier to get out of my lease if conditions become unbearable. Thanks for all the complaints cause I can learn form previous mistakes, not your but the managements. And hey, if they really mess up, I won't be afraid to get a lawyer and sue em'.
